About Us
We are a family-owned company based in Prague with over 10 years of professional experience in property management. However, our connection to caring for residential buildings goes back even further – to the 1990s, when our family’s first apartment building was returned to us through restitution. Since then, we have been gaining hands-on experience in renting, maintaining, and developing residential properties.
We currently manage 8 apartment buildings and 3 individual flats, providing comprehensive care for rental properties, including both technical and financial management.
We take a long-term approach and work systematically to protect your property, improve its condition, and support stable growth in both its value and return.
Properties are more than investments
Our Team
SolidHomes Správa is led by siblings Zuzana Miloschewská and Martin Miloschewsky, who together oversee both the financial and technical management of properties.
Technical maintenance is handled by our caretaker Zdeněk, whose services are also available to tenants for minor repairs and maintenance within their flats, for an additional fee.
