Pricing
The fee for comprehensive property management is 12–14% of the monthly rent. This fee includes all of the services listed below, which are provided by our professional team.
In addition, we also offer optional extended services for clients with more complex requirements
Technical Management
- Regular maintenance of the property
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical standards
- Technical advice regarding the condition of the building
- Coordination of external contractors and tenders for new suppliers
- Regular property inspections and technical condition checks
- Handling technical issues and repairs based on tenant requests
- Care of common areas
- Technical support for service charge billing – meter readings and condition checks
Administrative & Tenancy Management
- Preparation of lease agreements and related documentation during the tenancy
- Review and updating of lease agreements when needed
- Rent collection and payment monitoring
- Rent adjustments and increases
- Communication with tenants regarding their requests and documentation
- Regular checks of tenants and apartment condition during the lease period
- Annual service charge settlement and setting of service fees
- Handling non-paying tenants
- Maintaining tenant records and registers
- Communication with authorities, property managers and relevant institutions
- Processing enquiries, contracts and documentation related to the tenancy
- Maintaining property documentation
Financial Management
- Recording and managing income, expenses and bank statements
- Preparation of documents for tax purposes
- Payment of supplier invoices
- Regular financial reports for property owners
Extended services

In addition to our regular services, we also provide extended support for larger projects, renovations, major repairs and tenant changes. These services are handled individually, with the same care, transparency and attention to detail as our everyday management.
- Search and verification of new tenants, including official apartment handover at the start of the lease
- Major building works (e.g. roof repairs, installation of elevators)
- Extensive works in apartments – full repairs and renovations
- Tender processes for major repairs and renovation projects
